Censor Board Bans Punjabi movie “Jinda Sukha”

Censor board has banned  movie “Jinda sukha”. Censor board previously gave the permission to jinda sikha movie, but has banned after the union home ministry and intelligence bureau raised objections. Last year Censor board also banned  punjabi movie “kaum de heere”. Director of “jinda sukha” movie Gurpreet Singh Badi and Rajveer Singh said that censor board banned  movie jinda sukha due to pressure from Indian Government.


Due to this decision,  Sikhs who  living  in foreign and India are very angry. This movie is based on the true facts and letter written by Harjinder Singh Jinda and Sukhdev Singh Sukha, which show the wrong policy and bad behavior of government during 80s and 90s.

The  head of censor board said we banned on Punjabi movie “Jinda Sukha” so that it doest not effect the environment of Punjab  and enactment. However, ” Jinda Sukha” movie will be released on 11 September in foreign countries.
